In August 2023, I served as Production Stage Manager for “The Change”, a large-scale international event at Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, produced by Storm Productions and technically delivered by Europalco.

Acting as the central point of coordination between the stage managers on deck and the technical departments (video, audio, lighting, automation, FX), I was positioned in show control, ensuring that every cue was technically cleared and ready before execution. My role involved managing standbys and confirmations for all departments, maintaining a live, real-time link between what was happening backstage and what needed to happen next.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Show Caller, I ensured each moment of the event was supported by a technically coherent structure, always anticipating, aligning, and confirming readiness across the production chain.

The event drew thousands of attendees (44 700) and had international scope, demanding high-level coordination and leadership under pressure. My contribution ensured technical readiness, show consistency, and seamless transitions throughout.
