Organized by the Portuguese Space Agency and produced by The Race, this high-level conference was a joint initiative with UNOOSA (United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs). Under the title Management and Sustainability of Outer Space Activities, the event brought together global leaders to contribute to the discussion on the future of the space sector at the United Nations Future Summit.

I worked as show caller for this two-day conference, coordinating a protocol-driven program with interviews, panel discussions, keynotes, and remote speakers. My role involved close collaboration with The Race on production and with Portuguese Space Agency on content management and show flow. This ensured flow and consistency throughout the agenda, balancing the formal structure of the event with the dynamics of both in-person and virtual participation.
