For this prestigious live gala celebrating the best in Portuguese football and futsal, produced by Havas for the Portuguese Football Federation, I was brought in by AVK during pre-production to join technical and production meetings and help define the video setup that would ensure all creative ideas could be achieved. I was then responsible for setting up, programming, and operating the system, which included two stacked Barco E2 video processors and a redundant Dataton Watchout 6 setup provided by AVK.

I managed all visual content for the LED walls and the 16:9 broadcast graphics, programming synchronized timelines across multiple outputs and coordinating with the OB Truck for video feeds. The event was entirely built around visual content, from VTs and award sequences to on-screen highlights, working closely with the broadcast director and script supervisors to ensure seamless coordination.

Featuring live performances and aired nationwide, the gala honored some of the most iconic names in the sport. Cristiano Ronaldo left with a handful of trophies, but delivering a seamless show was our biggest win.
