For the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, produced by Balich Wonder Studio, I worked as a Projectionist with Creative Technology Middle East, who were fully responsible for the video systems.

My responsibilities included supervising projector installation, performing optical compensation, alignment, and color calibration, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy across the stadium’s massive canvas. Using Panasonic PT-RZ31K laser projectors, I worked in close coordination with CT’s Disguise programming team to deliver projection mapping over more than 30 million pixels.

The scale and complexity of these ceremonies demanded tight collaboration, technical precision, and deep understanding of projection workflows at a global level. Being part of a production of this magnitude was both an honor and a unique opportunity to apply my skills while learning from the many layers of collaboration behind a show of this scale.
